My standard website plan is $199/month per month, billed in advance with no upfront payment. This includes the design, hosting, domain, maintenance, and technical management of your site – everything needed to stay online for your small business in Melbourne or anywhere in Australia.
Each website subscription has a 12-month minimum term. After that, it continues month-to-month until cancelled in writing.
Cancelling before the 12-month term ends incurs a buy-out fee equal to the remaining monthly fees.
If payment isn’t received by the due date, the service is automatically suspended without notice. If still unpaid after 5 days, it may be permanently deleted.
The website and code remain property of ardakara .NET. You retain your own supplied text, images, and logos. All websites are hosted securely on Australian infrastructure for reliable local performance.
Yes, you can request a copy of your text and images before cancellation once fees are settled.
Domains can be transferred once the minimum term and outstanding invoices are fully paid. If your domain is registered through my Melbourne-based service, I’ll assist with the transfer process.
Each plan includes 1 hour of updates per month (15-minute blocks). Extra time is billed hourly. Local Melbourne clients can also request in-person consultations when needed.
Most updates or fixes are completed within 10 business days depending on complexity. Support is provided remotely from Melbourne for fast turnaround across Australia.
