Our process is divided into four stages: concept, inception, develop, and launch. As the project progresses from start to finish, it passes through each of these phases.
We will engage with our client to discuss key requirements and prepare documentation outlining them, including what features will be supported and the expected final result. We advocate keeping the criteria to a bare minimum as other requirements can be added on in later stages. We will also provide an estimate on the duration and cost of the proposed project within this phase.
After the concept has been determined, we can commence designing mock-ups of the user interfaces and map out the project's architecture. We'll work with our client to get more information so we can fully flesh out the requirements on diagrams and determine the product's functionality. Regular follow-ups will ensure that all requirements are met during this stage.
In this phase, we'll take all of the product requirements and client input and convert them into code. By the end of the first iteration, we'll have a minimum viable product. Later iterations can include more features and further customisation. This allows us to swiftly build functional software and make modifications to meet the needs of our clients.
Our team runs numerous tests to ensure that the project is completely functioning and that the code is error-free; if any potential bugs or weaknesses are identified, we fix them as quickly as feasible.The project gets put into production once it has received a clear bill of health.
